Women in Leadership Panel – A Virtual Discussion
Women often struggle to advance up the leadership ladder, currently filling only about a third of all leadership roles. What is needed to break the glass ceiling? We have amongst us women leaders who have potentially broken the glass ceiling.
Women face challenges, stubborn stereotypes, and stigmas that are roadblocks to their advancement. Understanding those dynamics is the first step toward a more equal and productive workplace. We need to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce and women should support each other.
This discussion panel will give you all an opportunity to ask them questions and get inspired by them.
